Ferries connect the towns of Bellagio, Menaggio, Varenna, and Cadenabbia, allowing you to conveniently cross the mid-lake area with your car. This saves valuable time by avoiding the need to drive all the way around the lake.
The train line (Tirano ↔ Milan) runs along the eastern shore of Lake Como, offering incredible views in the stretch from Lecco to Colico. Trains run hourly from early morning until late in the evening.
Buses connecting Como with the towns on the western shores of the lake are the C30 (Como - Nesso - Bellagio) and the C10 (Como - Menaggio - Colico). While the line connecting Lecco with Bellagio is the D110 (Lecco - Oliveto - Bellagio).
